Rates

Depending on the type of therapeutic services rendered session prices vary from $110-$180 based on a 55-minute session. We also offer Sliding Scale System to those who qualify.

 

Insurances

Medicare Provider, Aetna, Cigna, Well Care

MBHS is considered an out-of-network provider for Florida Blue.  Many insurance companies do reimburse for our services, but some do not. All have different deductibles and pay different percentages of the counseling fee.  We cannot guarantee your reimbursement.  You should contact your insurance company to determine the specific coverage of your policy.  If you wish to seek reimbursement you can file by attaching the receipt, we provide.  We will be glad to provide any additional information that your insurance company may require.

Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  This allows us to fill your reserved spot with another client.
